What this plan includes
Postural analysis
This can be done either via Skype or by email. If done by email, I will need clear pictures so that I can assess your posture. This allows me to spot any weaknesses and strengths and custom design an individual programme with your postural strengths and weaknesses in mind and how we can correct postural problems or misalignments with specific exercises.
Customised Eating Plan (weekly modifications)
This will be an in depth individualised weekly eating plan specifically made for you, your tastes and for your good health. You will be given daily tips as well as a breakdown of what to eat when and the exact amount depending on what your goals are. I will be sharing recipe ideas and different ways to cook certain foods to make your meals interesting, healthy and help you reach your goals.
Customised workout (weekly modifications)
Derived from your consultation and your posture analysis, I will construct a customised daily programme that will be specifically targeted towards your body type, strengths and weaknesses. The custom workout is designed to correct your imbalances, rehabilitate any injuries and work on weaknesses. The overall objective is to balance your body’s weaknesses and strengths. I will be regularly monitoring your progress and your workout plan will be adjusted weekly, if necessary, to insure you are always progressing.
Weekly Check-in
This will be done over a video call or email, we choose a specific day per week, you will then send me your photos and I will send you feedback. The weekly check in is very important to ensure the correct changes are made to your plan to keep you on track.
Online Support
Support is offered online by email/text and through the My Fitness Pal app which I will help you get started with.
