N.B. You must reside within 5kms of 40 Sheaffe Street, Bowral.

If you like, I can construct a customised daily programme that will be specifically targeted towards your body type, strengths and weaknesses. The custom workout is designed to correct your imbalances, rehabilitate any injuries and work on weaknesses. The overall objective is to balance your body’s weaknesses and strengths.

Intro Online Training Plan

$150 – Once off cost

This is the ideal fitness package to start with if you want to see whether my training methods are going to be a good fit for you. You can always signup for one of our monthly packages if you wish.

What is included?

55 min Skype Consult/training

This includes an initial Skype consult to discuss your workout programme and diet. Depending on how much time I have after the initial question session, which I will need to design your programme, I will also explain the exercises and teach you the proper form and techniques you will need to get the most out of your training.

Postural analysis

This can be done either via Skype or by email. If done by email, I will need clear pictures so that I can assess your posture. This allows me to spot any weaknesses and strengths and custom design an individual programme with your postural strengths and weaknesses in mind and how we can correct postural problems or misalignments with specific exercises.

Customised Eating Plan

This will be an in depth individualised monthly eating plan specifically made for you, your tastes and for your good health. You will be given daily tips as well as a breakdown of what to eat at what time and the exact amount depending on what your goals are. I will be sharing recipe ideas and different ways to cook certain foods to make your meals interesting, healthy and help you reach your goals.

Customised workout

Derived from your questionnaire or consultation and your posture analysis, I will construct a customised daily programme that will be specifically targeted towards your body type, strengths and weaknesses. The custom workout is designed to correct your imbalances, rehabilitate any injuries and work on weaknesses. The overall objective is to balance your body’s weaknesses and strengths. I will be regularly monitoring your progress and your workout plan will be adjusted monthly to insure you are always progressing

Bronze Online Training Plan

The Bronze package is our basic plan which includes quite a bit more monitoring of your workout and eating plan. You can always upgrade to one of our other monthly packages if you feel you need more help.

What is included?

30 min Skype Consult – this is an extra @$25

This is especially useful if you are struggling with a specific exercise or technique. It is also helpful in keeping you motivated and to get most out of your training.

Gold Online Training Plan

The Gold package is my advanced plan which includes much closer monitoring of your workout and eating plan. A 60 minute (or 2×30 minute) monthly Skype Sessions are included. Specific but delicious recipes will be sent to you and will be added to monthly.

About Me

I believe that nutrition and supplementation is just as important as a focused exercise program and after assessing my client’s goals and fitness levels, I advise them on the best methods for them to achieve their goals and how to maintain them. Whether it be weight-loss, overall body toning, muscle building, enhanced sports performance or rehab specific exercises for problems like osteoporosis, arthritis etc.I started practicing Pilates in 2009 and teaching the STOTT Pilates method from January 2010. Over the years I’ve personally had back, knee and neck problems and was amazed how I had fully recovered after just one year of Pilates. I am very interested in the human body and how it functions and find no matter how experienced someone is, there is always something new to learn. I realised STOTT Pilates was the best choice for me as this method is a medically based Pilates discipline.We study the body in detail from the bones and joints to the muscles and learn how to adapt exercises for injuries and specific posture types.I am internationally qualified in Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Matwork as well as Essential and Intermediate Reformer. In 2012 I completed the Advanced Reformer Course and in 2014 completed the Injuries and Special Populations Course as well as various workshops and recently in 2016 I completed the Basi Standing Pilates workshop. In 2019 I completed the Cadillac intensive course essential-advanced level in Cape Town, South Africa with Lisa Palmer at the movement lab.
In 2019 I sold Powerpilates Durban North branch and in June 2020 sold Powerpilates Westville and recently relocated to Bowral, New South Wales in Australia.

My mission is to create and maintain the highest standards of Pilates teaching and health coaching for each individual by creating specific programmes to help correct posture and improve health for each and every individual’s needs.
